FACT is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is mainly based on the principle of accountability. According to the GDPR, a business/organisation is responsible for complying with all data protection principles and is also responsible for demonstrating compliance. 

FACT takes strong consideration of the needs and interests of targeted states in order to take into account of affected populations. Our projects are designed with the safety and dignity of respondents in mind. FACT staff are held accountable for adherence to the Do No Harm principle as outlined in FACT Code of Conduct and related policies including Child Protection,; Anti-Terrorism; and Policy Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. FACT is responsible for ensuring that all relations with the communities that we work with are conducted in a respectful and consultative manner. We pay due attention in ensuring that communities are adequately consulted and informed about FACT programme objectives, activities, beneficiary selection criteria, and methodologies. This is the responsibility of every FACT staff member.
